Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HEATR5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,780 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEATR5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC89, ATP5F1A, and SFXN1. Each is linked with HEATR5A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC89 grouped by HEATR5A-low versus HEATR5A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
