Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HEATR5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HEATR5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT47B1, RGSL1, and KRTAP6-1. Each is linked with HEATR5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HEATR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HEATR5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CT47B1 grouped by HEATR5A-low versus HEATR5A-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HEATR5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HEATR5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
