HDHD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDHD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02644, PDCL2P1, and GNA13P1. Each is linked with HDHD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD3-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02644 grouped by HDHD3-low versus HDHD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
