HDGFL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDGFL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 507 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDGFL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD2-2, SFPQP1, and PSMD12P1. Each is linked with HDGFL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDGFL3-to-partner and partner-to-HDGFL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD2-2 grouped by HDGFL3-low versus HDGFL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDGFL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDGFL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
