HDGFL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDGFL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,336 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDGFL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, HAUS1, and FAM151B. Each is linked with HDGFL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDGFL2-to-partner and partner-to-HDGFL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by HDGFL2-low versus HDGFL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDGFL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDGFL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
