Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDGFL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,920 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HDGFL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with HDGFL2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDGFL2-to-partner and partner-to-HDGFL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by HDGFL2-low versus HDGFL2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
