HDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,719 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPA3, MYH11, and CMA1. Each is linked with HDC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDC-to-partner and partner-to-HDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HDC versus CPA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
