HDAC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,843 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU4-9P, and NR1H5P. Each is linked with HDAC8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC8-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by HDAC8-low versus HDAC8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
