HDAC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD207, EXOSC9, and KNL1. Each is linked with HDAC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC4-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD207 grouped by HDAC4-low versus HDAC4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
