HCRTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCRTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCRTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR26, C10orf71, and OR10G3. Each is linked with HCRTR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCRTR2-to-partner and partner-to-HCRTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR26 grouped by HCRTR2-low versus HCRTR2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCRTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCRTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
