Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HCRTR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HCRTR1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher HCRTR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HCRTR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where HCRTR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
