HCRTR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCRTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,074 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCRTR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF1_S631, PRKAB2_S158, and RBMX_S352. Each is linked with HCRTR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCRTR1-to-partner and partner-to-HCRTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCRTR1 versus ARHGEF1_S631 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCRTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCRTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
