Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCRTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCRTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB4BP4, SPRING1P1, and RPS3AP46. Each is linked with HCRTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCRTR1-to-partner and partner-to-HCRTR1 results are reported.
