Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCRTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCRTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3, NF2, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with HCRTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCRTR1-to-partner and partner-to-HCRTR1 results are reported.
