The most reproducible HCRTR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Protein-DNA complex assembly. Each is linked with HCRTR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCRTR1-to-partner and partner-to-HCRTR1 results are reported.
