HCN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,292 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to aldosterone, Response to aldosterone, and Positive regulation of sodium ion transport. Each is linked with HCN2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN2-to-partner and partner-to-HCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to aldosterone grouped by HCN2-low versus HCN2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
