HCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,581 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4ATAC5P, MRPS5P4, and RPL7AP64. Each is linked with HCK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCK-to-partner and partner-to-HCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4ATAC5P grouped by HCK-low versus HCK-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
