HCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCAR, OR9G4, and OR1D2. Each is linked with HCK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCK-to-partner and partner-to-HCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCAR grouped by HCK-low versus HCK-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
