HCG27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCG27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCG27-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS1P3, RNU6-1211P, and OR51L1. Each is linked with HCG27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCG27-to-partner and partner-to-HCG27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCG27→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCG27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
