HCG22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCG22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,127 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCG22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, COL15A1, and LIMCH1. Each is linked with HCG22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCG22-to-partner and partner-to-HCG22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCG22→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCG22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
