HCG14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCG14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,534 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCG14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACYP1, C5orf24, and DHX16. Each is linked with HCG14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCG14-to-partner and partner-to-HCG14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCG14→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCG14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
