HCFC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCFC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,937 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGR1, HTATIP2, and GHR. Each is linked with HCFC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC2-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCFC2 versus PTGR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
