HCFC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPC24, COX6B1P2, and PFN1P12. Each is linked with HCFC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC2-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPC24 grouped by HCFC2-low versus HCFC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
