Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HCFC1R1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HCFC1R1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher HCFC1R1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HCFC1R1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where HCFC1R1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
