HCFC1R1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCFC1R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,566 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC1R1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, PTK7, and RAB34. Each is linked with HCFC1R1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC1R1-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC1R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCFC1R1 versus DPYSL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCFC1R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCFC1R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
