Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCFC1R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,735 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC1R1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Caveola assembly, Actin filament depolymerization, and Lens fiber cell morphogenesis. Each is linked with HCFC1R1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC1R1-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC1R1 results are reported.
