HCFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 885 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHOX, CDX4, and LCE1F. Each is linked with HCFC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC1-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHOX grouped by HCFC1-low versus HCFC1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
