HCAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 561 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4756, DUX4L31, and TRIM64. Each is linked with HCAR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCAR2-to-partner and partner-to-HCAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4756 grouped by HCAR2-low versus HCAR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
