HBZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,422 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLBD1, EXD2_S352, and ZBTB7A_S337. Each is linked with HBZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBZ-to-partner and partner-to-HBZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HBZ versus PLBD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
