HBZ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,997 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA2, HBA1, and PF4. Each is linked with HBZ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBZ-to-partner and partner-to-HBZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HBZ versus HBA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
