HBG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS26P30, PRUNEP1, and TRAPPC13P1. Each is linked with HBG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBG1-to-partner and partner-to-HBG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
