HBEGF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HBEGF mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,437 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBEGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLX2, C2, and KBTBD3. Each is linked with HBEGF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBEGF-to-partner and partner-to-HBEGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DLX2 grouped by HBEGF-low versus HBEGF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBEGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBEGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
