HAX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK2. Each is linked with HAX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAX1-to-partner and partner-to-HAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by HAX1-low versus HAX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
