HAVCR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAVCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,267 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAVCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD105, HMGN2P22, and NANOGP10. Each is linked with HAVCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAVCR1-to-partner and partner-to-HAVCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD105 grouped by HAVCR1-low versus HAVCR1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAVCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAVCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
