HAUS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAUS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2B2-IT1, RNA5SP412, and SNORA10B. Each is linked with HAUS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS1-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP2B2-IT1 grouped by HAUS1-low versus HAUS1-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
