HAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-618P, ATP5PDP3, and RNA5SP494. Each is linked with HAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAT1-to-partner and partner-to-HAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-618P grouped by HAT1-low versus HAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
