HAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,134 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3PXD2B, FN1, and FSCN1_S39. Each is linked with HAS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS2-to-partner and partner-to-HAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAS2 versus SH3PXD2B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
