HAS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 203 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSLN, PDGFRL, and MCM4. Each is linked with HAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS2-to-partner and partner-to-HAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAS2 versus MSLN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
