HAS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Jun_pS73, FoxM1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with HAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS2-to-partner and partner-to-HAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Jun_pS73 grouped by HAS2-low versus HAS2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
