HAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,995 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNAI2, MXRA7, and TMEM158. Each is linked with HAS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS2-to-partner and partner-to-HAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAS2 versus SNAI2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
