Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAPLN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,351 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAPLN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, NEFH, and SYNGR1. Each is linked with HAPLN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN4-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
