Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAPLN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,739 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAPLN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Positive regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with HAPLN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN4-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN4 results are reported.
