HAPLN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAPLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,856 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAPLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD13, ASIC3, and FAM229A. Each is linked with HAPLN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN2-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAPLN2 versus KCTD13 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
