HAPLN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAPLN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,107 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAPLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPN2, LONRF3, and MIEF2. Each is linked with HAPLN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN1-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAPLN1 versus EPN2 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
