HAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,471 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL399P, GAST, and RND2. Each is linked with HAP1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAP1-to-partner and partner-to-HAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAP1 versus RN7SL399P in LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
