HAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,641 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND3P16, MIR7975, and NUDT4B. Each is linked with HAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAP1-to-partner and partner-to-HAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND3P16 grouped by HAP1-low versus HAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
