HAO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,321 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, SEC24A, and RASIP1_S41. Each is linked with HAO2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAO2-to-partner and partner-to-HAO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAO2 versus PURA in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
