HAO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,237 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF2AK2, ZNF507_S404, and IFIT3. Each is linked with HAO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAO2-to-partner and partner-to-HAO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAO2 versus EIF2AK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
