HAO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P40, LINC02002, and GEMIN7P1. Each is linked with HAO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAO2-to-partner and partner-to-HAO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P40 grouped by HAO2-low versus HAO2-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
