Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 890 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to gamma radiation, Iron ion transmembrane transport, and Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with HAO2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAO2-to-partner and partner-to-HAO2 results are reported.
